Our team will assess the property to provide practical suggestions on how to maximize the property's earning potential. We will capture bright photos, create a slideshow video, compose a rental ad and market the unit. We will source prospects, book viewings and will screen all applicants via the following means: 

Identification Verification, Residential History (5 years), Income and Employment Verification, Previous Employers (if available), Credit Score, Fraud Warnings, Previous Landlord Reference, Miscellaneous Credit Report and Tenancy details. The client will be provided with a Tenant Screeners Report for each applicant in order to make a sound decision. Once given the "green light", Tenant Screeners will collaborate with our realtor partners to create a binding lease agreement according to provincial standards. 

Priced at $150 plus realtor fees.

This Tenant Finder Service assists our clients in finding suitable tenants for their basement apartment across the GTA (location restrictions may apply). 

We will capture bright photos, create a slideshow video, compose a rental ad and market the unit. We will source prospects, book property viewings, and guide the client on how to successfully show the unit. Tenant Screeners will screen all applicants via the following means: Identification Verification, Residential History (5 years), Income and Employment Verification, Previous Employers (if available), Credit Score, Fraud Warnings, Previous Landlord Reference, Miscellaneous Credit Report and Tenancy details. 

Our team will create a binding lease agreement according to provincial standards.The client will be provided with a Tenant Screeners Report for each applicant, in order to make a sound decision. Once given the "green light", Tenant Screeners will collaborate with our realtor partners to create a binding lease agreement according to provincial standards. 

Priced at $100 plus realtor fees.
